This website
www.mocaddieiq.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs — IP address, page requested, time — for security and to keep the site up; we do not use them to identify you.
The launch list
- What we collect: your email address, the date you signed up, and the fact that you ticked the consent box.
- Why: to email you when MoCaddieIQ has something to show, when it goes on sale, and about tester opportunities. Never more than once a month.
- Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or writing to us.
- Where it goes: the form posts to our own Google Cloud function in London (europe-west2) and the address is stored in our Firebase project. It is not shared with or sold to anyone.
- How long: until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after launch, whichever is sooner. If we abandon the product we delete the list.
The app, when it ships
The MoCaddieIQ app will have its own privacy notice inside the app and on this site before release. The design principle is the same as our CaddieIQ app: your swing data lives on your phone, sharing anything is opt-in and explained, and you can export or delete everything from a single screen.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it, by emailing nigel@omnivia.uk. We answer within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
